It has perfect and good location prepared to take a taxi. The staff are helpful, answered every question I had. The hotel offers a lot of food that was delicious.

The bathrooms are terrible.

The restaurant was nice for evening meals with delicious dishes. A shower and a hairdryer were available. - Unbeatable location. - Overall, the staff was amiable and caring. - I was happy to find Bee Natura, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, serving nice food.

Magnificent setting.

Characterful base for exploring Queretaro. Appetising food options. A laptop-compatible safe, TV set, and tea/coffee making equipment available in the king room. Extremely friendly staff and altogether an excellent experience. Excellent service and a nice restaurant, available onsite. Free Wi-Fi provided.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. They arranged free rides into town for me and even helped with translation. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. I recommend staying here.
